Not sure where to start?

If you are thinking about a project and are not sure where to start, here is a helpful list for you:

  1. Define the scope and/or budget of your project

  2. Find an architect/architecture firm which seems to value the same things you do.

    • Philosophy

    • Design style.

    • Project type.

    • From/within your community/has knowledge of local requirements.

    • Ask about their process, what is important to them, and see if you like how they treat you: their client.

    • Ask how they calculate their fees for a similar project.

  3. Discuss with the architect(s) your project and important factors.

  4. Enjoy the process of creating your new space.


Why should I use an architect ?

Many people think that hiring an architect is reserved for large or complex projects. At SASI, we want to make sure everyone can access good design, no matter the size of your project.

An architect can help you connect the dots between idea and final form. We offer design services, and will represent your best interest during construction and execution of the project to make sure you get what you not only paid for, but more importantly, what you asked for.


When do I need an architect?

You need an architect in the following situations:

Your project is over 600m2 in building area

Your project is over 3 storeys high

Your project is contains an Assembly Occupancy
