The twin triplex design is meant to bring forward a modern walk-up approach to rental properties. With large open spaces and plenty of natural light and ventilation (through the use of Juliette balconies), the spaces are meant to be a welcome space for the end users to live comfortably and allow them the flexibility of setting up their space in various ways (We made sure to check the interior furniture plans could work in many configurations).

Access to exterior balconies and private parking are a few other things to making sure a long and comfortable stay for the tenants, and less turnover rate for the building operators.
